Dress Code: Come dressed in your best festive woolly pully's illuminated Christmas hat or go crazy and come in full illuminated costume! (Our preferred option!)
Charity: St Cuthbert's Hospice and collection for the Nevilles Cross Community Association to support future community activities.
You are invited to a spectacular Christmas Festival through the heart of Neville's Cross.
Profits: donated to St Cuthberts Hospice
Children under the age of 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.
Photographers will be present at the event
Join us let's get together, unite as a community and have some fun. May we kindly request that you take your rubbish home with you or put them in the bins provided.
St John's Church and Ustinov College have kindly offered their toilet facilities. Please do treat the premises with respect. You do not want to end up on Santa's naughty list! All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

THE ADVENT CALENDAR PROJECT
As a part of the Christmas Festival Sheraton Park is being transfomed into a giant advent calendar! Our community cohesion arts project! Should we start a cross community arts network? I think so!!

Senior Citizens Concert
Get in touch with Sunday 9th December, 1.30 pm
Transport is available for Neville's Cross based senior citizens to attend the Senior Citizen's Concert! This is a great festive event which includes a concert with free refreshment and bingo. This is free of charge and ran by volunteers.

- Festive light parade on an illuminated trail (17:15-17:30)
- Flashmob from the GlowMob
- Meet your local Community Police
- Reindeer and owls
- Candlelit Choir at St Johns Church (at 17:30 -18:00)
- Snow!
- Live music (Johnston Brass and Durham Music Service)
- Snow Queen
- Father Christmas (We think he's the actual Santa, he has the real hair and beard!) multi-lingual and can do sign language, please advise before event
- Choirs and singing
- Hot food stalls (served til 19:00 in Sheraton Park)
- Talent spotting - be the face of our 2019 website (We are looking the most festive photo and the best costumed attendee! What an honor!)
